1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returns cannot be accepted after this period.

2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Final sale items, products marked as "non-returnable," or items excluded for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. Such exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.Gift cards and digital vouchers are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund,except where required by applicable law.

We do not offer direct size or color exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original.

For items confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Before returning an item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. For defective items, include clear photos. Our team will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

8. Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by local authorities (e.g., CBSA) or carriers are non-refundable. If you return an item, we refund only the product price (and original shipping fee only if required by law and due to our error). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the refund.
